Today has been a busy day. This morning I had to take Josiah to school at Maranatha for some standardized tests, today is the last day. He has had so much fun going back to school there, I'm excited about him returning for 2nd grade. I had to pick him up at 10:45, came back home to nurse Tara, left after nursing to take the kids out to lunch, next ran to the clinic to pick up my lab tests, last we went to our WICO appointment. Josiah and Gaber love going b/c of the toys there, which is a big help to me, except they never want to leave. :c) Gaber is now 40.75 pounds and 41.50 inches high! I can't believe he weighs so much now! Tara is 14 pounds and 9.5 ounces and 24.75 inches long!!! She is about double her birth weight!! I was glad to see that she has put on weight since she has been spitting up so much, I was worried she wasn't keeping enough down to gain anything but I guess I was wrong...she put on 2 pounds since her 2 mo well baby check-up. Lastly, me, I was happy to see I've lost 6 pounds since my last WICO appointment in January! YaY! So I'm the only one not getting bigger, thank God!
After our appointment we came home and did some school and now the boys are outside playing with their new transformer toys they got from lolo and lola for Easter which they love!
So its been a good day, glad its Friday and that its almost Saturday!
My Friday just started. I got Macy up, cleaned the gunk from her eyes and nose (she's sick), nursed her, got coffee, did my devotion, put Wiggles on for the kids and am now sitting here on the old blog. I can't believe Tara weighs 14 lbs! Macy was weighed about 3 weeks ago and was 15 lbs. She just looks so big to me but I think most of her chubbiness is in her thighs and cheeks. What is WICO? At first I thought you were talking about WIC. Do they have WIC over there?
