She's rolling!

You can probably guess who I'm talking about! Tara rolled her first time on Friday. Of course I missed it! Jeff was sitting by her on the couch when she rolled. He didn't get to see it either, he looked down and she was on her belly watching Josiah and Gaber. :c) Such a cutie! On Saturday I was emailing my sister in law and she rolled on the floor beside me twice! This morning, Sunday, I went in to get her from her crib and she was on her belly! :c) I think she has forgotten how to roll back to her back though, she could roll to her back since she was a newborn and now she can't figure it out so I have to help her roll back over when she gets tired of the belly. I can't believe she is already rolling! It is so much fun watching her do all her firsts and I am just so thankful for all these events! I can't wait to see her crawl and sit up by herself but I am trying to be happy and content with what she is doing right now. Our Sunday school teacher, Brother Bob, said people are always wanting and wishing for the next new thing...they end up wishing their lives away. I don't want to be like that!!!
Nothing else new going on besides that, oh wait, she can do the motor boat thing too! :c) That is it though for Tara. Josiah is doing great in 1st grade, I can't wait for this year to be over with though. It has been a trying year homeschooling him. It is not his fault though, it is all me! If we do ever homeschool again I will try a new curriculem or just teach myself...not do the videos!
Gabriel is doing well also. He is caught up in the middle of me homeschooling and a baby sister but he is doing well and sometimes a help to me! I try not to forget about spending time with him each day. I think next year will be a lot better for us all when him and Josiah are in school. I guess we'll see though. :c)

  1. Oh, yea! Congratulations Tara! Macy just learned to sit up. I do not look forward to her crawling though. I don't like the crawling stage cause their knees and hands get so dirty and they eat things off the floor. I'm content with her sitting there playing with toys.
