Some Firsts and A Last

We had a good week and Tara had a few firsts. She got her first tooth last Sunday, then on Monday she got her second tooth! On Tuesday she went to her first birthday party of a friend, how do you say that...her first friend's birthday party. :) Last night she got into her first fight with a friend...lol...while I was changing her diaper another baby came over and kept scratching her face, so then she started crying. This other baby kept going at her face that night for some reason. She had yogurt for her first time this week and loved it. Hmmm, that's all the firsts I can think of for this week. :)

Well, this is the last week of summer break for the boys. Monday they start school! I can't believe the summer is already over and its time to get back into the groove of school. No more sleeping in for me and the kiddos. *sigh* They are both excited though and so am I. I am excited because this is one step closer to moving back to the states! We've already began preparations for the move. We sold our dishes, I really want some new ones, and we are trying to sale our tv center. I'm also trying to sale my maternity clothes and some of Jeff's old clothing. Next I will go threw our closets to lighten our load for the move. I don't want to get to Georgia and unpack a lot of junk we don't need!

Jeff gets off early today. We are planning on going out this afternoon, maybe our last trip to the pool this summer. Then we have a parent/teacher meeting tonight and then Jeff is going to the teen activity. Don't worry, he doesn't think he's a teen...he may still act like one though :)...he likes to help out with the teen group at our church. I think tonight he is helping with games and then giving the devotion.

It was a great week! Not much going on but some fun firsts for the baby and a sad last for the boys. Ready for the fall to come and then our Hawaii vacation! Oh Yeah!

Here are some recent pictures:

  2. Hey, don't sell the clothes! Send them this way!!! I gave most of mine away. Let me know what it will cost you and I'll reimburse the cost. Also, if you want some $ for them let me know too.
